Ever have one of these days?
I do...all the time...like everyday.
I'm a stay at home mom.
PJ's are my uniform.
My SUPER cool uniform that I do SUPER cool stuff in that no one knows anything about.
But I'm thinkin' the uniform needs a change.
Like a warm up suit!
But if I wear a "warm up suit" I should probably make good use of 'em, right?
Like maybe sweat a little.
Listen to my Grrrrrr music
and put on my Grrrrr face
and run those 3 miles
or burn a bit on that elliptical
or let Billy Blanks visit my family room every other day?
(don't knock him...he my secret weapon to losing weight)
Yeah- I think so. That sounds SUPER cool!
And ya know what?
I'm going to post my workouts and "progress" here
in hopes that you will too!
Tomorrow I'm whipping out the PJ's and you're gonna hear about it.
You should too!
'cuz if you do it...I'll do it.
And maybe just maybe
they will too!
Feel free to yell at me and tell me I need to do 5 miles instead of 3...
and so on and so forth.

or better yet, I like to be held accountable.
Yeah...
I know there are lots of you that are working out
for fun
for marathons
triathlons
to lose weight
to tone up
for the endorphins
or you're wanting to ...like me.
If you do it POST it!
I expect you to workout at least 3 days a week!
My goal is 5 days a week-
but with 3 kids and no gym membership and the luxury of a kids club
I miss a few days here and there.
So at least 3!
Take the PJ challenge
and do SUPER cool stuff with me!
